Branching out in the destination service industry Dada Destination Services has opened a new brokerage, Dada Aventure to expand our services to include Home Purchase Support and Assistance for transferees. In keeping with our mission statement, “To deliver exceptional customer service, always!” our Home Purchase assistance program exceeds all programs currently available in the marketplace and will deliver the high touch service our Home Finding customers for Renters have appreciated for the last 10 years.

Our personal approach to counselling enables us to create a thorough, in-depth destination profile and our continued presence throughout the home purchase process will allow us to best assist our home buying customers while managing the process and maintaining accurate, thorough and timely communication with our clients.

Our independently owned brokerage affords us the freedom of maintaining an independent agent network giving us the ability to match the relocating employee to the most experienced and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent, best suited to their family’s needs, with accountability to the customer and Dada. Accordingly, we are able to ensure that our handpicked team of Real Estate Agents specialize in working with relocating individuals and their families, making them more sensitive and responsive to the customer needs.

Each home purchaser will also receive the added benefit of a city familiarization meeting provided in person, at the destination location, by one of our highly trained Dada Destination Consultants. The home purchase customer will also be given our comprehensive City Orientation Information Package and a password and access to our proprietary Orientation website www.Goingto.ca which can be assessed by them prior to their Preview or Home Finding trip.
